Wellness Day Programs

Wellness Day combines Aging Well fitness classes with a variety of other activities. Exercise, Senior Wellness and Foot Care Clinics, nutritious lunches, a guest speaker and classes sponsored by local colleges create a full day of fun and social interaction for adults age 50 and better.

Aging Well has partnered with CNCC, CMC and the Routt County CSU Extension Office to add writing and art classes, special short workshops and other programs of interest to older adults.

Wellness Day provides a day out of the house with friends and neighbors in a stimulating environment. Join Aging Well and develop your mind, body, lifestyle and attitude: Keys to healthy aging at all stages of life!
