Senior Wellness Clinics

Senior Wellness Clinics are available at no cost for seniors age 60 and over. Skilled professional nurses provide clinics in handicapped accessible locations in Routt and Moffat Counties. Each client receives an initial and then ongoing screening. There is no appointment necessary for a Senior Wellness check. Clinics include:

Blood pressure checks
Blood glucose reading
Flu and pneumonia shots
Medication review
Nutrition and weight assessment
