18th Annual Hospice Celebration of Life
June 13-14, 2011

The Hospice Celebration of Life supports Northwest Colorado Visiting Nurse Association's Hospice and Palliative Care Program. VNA's compassionate, quality care enables terminally ill community members to approach the end of life with dignity and comfort in their own homes or at our Rollingstone Respite House. In 2010, VNA provided care to 73 terminally ill patients from Northwest Colorado and bereavement counseling and support to more than 450 grieving family members (including children).

The two-day Celebration of Life kicks off with an evening dinner event featuring a heart-warming tribute to the past year's Hospice patients, families, volunteers and staff and a popular drawing for five spectacular vacation get-aways. The next morning, golfers join us for our tournament at the exclusive Catamount Ranch & Club on the shores of Lake Catamount.
