Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program

This program helps people with various arthritis conditions or physical limitations feel better. Low impact, joint-safe exercises improve range of motion, strengthen muscles and encourage proper body mechanics and relaxation. Advanced classes add more repetitions and challenge.

N'Balance

This class improves physical factors that control and affect balance. Exercises are designed to work and challenge different parts of the body to encourage better balance and increase confidence. Advanced classes add core strength training and additional exercises.

Arthritis Foundation Tai Chi for Health Levels I and II

Tai Chi classes offer significant relief from arthritis and other physical limitations by reducing pain and stiffness, increasing flexibility and improving strength. Classes start with basic movements and progress with new movements each week. Level II stresses flow and cohesiveness between movements.

Arthritis Foundation Aquatics

This class takes place in warm water, where the water’s buoyancy and natural resistance provide an ideal environment for safe and challenging exercise. Guidance from a trained instructor will help participants improve strength and flexibility to feel better.
