Adult Activity and Care Program

The Adult Activity and Care Program provides a place for older adults to enjoy a fun and relaxing day outside of the home.

This program can be a win-win situation for older adults and their caregivers: Participants receive much-needed stimulation and socialization outside the home while caregivers take a breath and fulfill other responsibilities.

A special promotion is being held for the month of March, 2012!

Activities include:
•    Music
•    Presentations
•    Exercise
•    Art
•    Social events
•    Health and wellness services
All services are provided at The Haven 300 South Shelton Lane Hayden, CO

Tuesdays: March 6, 13, 20, and 27
Fridays: March 9, 16
•    9:00 am-3:00 pm
•    $60 per day
•    FREE van transportation will be provided from Craig to Hayden
o    Pick up at 8:15 am at the parking lot at the Craig VNA office (745 Russell Street).
o    Drop off at 3:30 pm at the parking lot at the Craig VNA office

For clients with Memory Care needs.
Fridays: March 23 and 30
•    12:00pm-4:00pm
•    $50 per day
•    FREE Van transportation will be provided from Craig to Hayden
o    Pick up at 11:15 am at the parking lot at the Craig VNA office (745 Russell Street).
o    Drop off at 4:30pm at the parking lot at the Craig VNA office
